  • Any applicable cancellation charges, service fees, taxes, or administrative costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Refund processing time may vary and typically takes 7 to 21 working days, depending on the service provider, bank, or payment gateway.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • No-shows

    • Unused services

    • Partially used travel packages

    • Services cancelled due to customer negligence
